Unique Natural Tiger's Eye Stone Wire-Wrapped Pendant Necklace
I recently got several Tiger's Eye stones that are a bit larger than many of the other stones I've worked with so far. And they are gorgeous!
This is one of the best, in my opinion, for its graceful curves, robust shape, and variation of the stone's chatoyant layers (the "cat's eye effect" or optical reflectance effect).
I designed it so that everyone can get a good look at the three most gorgeous sides of the stone. Whoever ends up wearing this amazing Tiger's Eye will get many compliments!
The pendant is made from 99.9% pure copper wire, bare and without any treatment or coatings.
**Because it's natural copper, you should definitely expect the wire to naturally oxidize and darken over time and for it to be darker when you receive the pendant, compared to the photographs in this listing.
This fabulously hefty stone measures approximately 1 1/4 inches (close to 3 cm) long/tall and 7/8 inch (2 1/4 cm) wide.
The pendant's total height is approximately 2 inches (5 cm), and it's a little over 1/2 an inch deep.
Be sure to check out all the photos of this beauty to get the best idea of what you'll be getting.
Includes a silky-satin black cord in your choice of two lengths: 18 or 24 inches. The metal clasp and chain portions of the cord are lead- and nickel-free.
Tiger's Eye is a type of quartz stone with bands of rich golds and browns. Its chatoyant layers, or "cat's eye effect" or optical reflectance effect, create a luminescent flash that seems to emanate from within the stone as it catches the light.
Tiger’s Eye is the stone of courage, power, and protection. It has been revered and even feared throughout history as an all-seeing, all-knowing eye, as well as a stone of prosperity, protection and good fortune.
Tiger’s Eye is also a stone of practicality and balance, believed to help sooth tensions in families and relationships where differences of opinion or expression are causing discord. It aids in promoting harmony between people with diverse viewpoints, religious beliefs or approaches to life and in finding common ground.
